Coal Slurry Blackens West Va.'s Water Again

Officials believe that more than 100,000 gallons of coal slurry has spilled into the creek of Kanawha County in West Virginia. A State EPA spokesman has declared the water safe to drink though some areas are on alert. This is the second spill since an incident in early January.
