A Lot Of Ramen Noodles: Five Members Of Congress Live On A Food Stamp Budget Of $4.50 A Day

They're calling it the SNAP Challenge, and nearly 30 members of Congress have taken it on. The idea is to walk a mile in the shoes of an American living on SNAP (Supplemental Nurtrition Assistance Program), the program that's replaced food stamps. People on the program have a budget of about $4.50/day for food, or $1.50 a meal.
