Florida Congressman Trey Radel has pleaded guilty to charges of cocaine possession. Rep. Radel told the judge that he's "hit a bottom" with drugs and alcohol. The first-term Republican was caught buying 3.5 grams of cocaine from an undercover police officer.

In court, Radel apologized for his actions and said he intends to seek counseling for addiction. The 37 year old is married with one son.
