Paula Deen was called the "Queen of Butter" for a reason -- it was her favorite ingredient and she used tons of it on her Food Network show. That is, until she was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes more than a year ago. This brought even more critics to her already controversial brand of high fat, cholesterol-packed cooking. So Deen reinvented herself, lost 40 pounds and launched an educational campaign called 'Diabetes in a New Light.

How is she now coming out with a line of butters? According to Deen, these are healthy since they're 'finishing butters' meant to be used sparingly and only to top off a completed recipe. The five flavors are lemon dill, sweet citrus, European style (with sea salt), southern grillin', and garden herb and will be sold at Wal-Mart. This will be the first product release in the Paula Deen Foods Line with tortilla chips and chocolate to come.
