NHL's Gregory Campbell Breaks His Leg, Continues To Play Hockey

In Wednesday night's game against the Penguins, Bruin Gregory Campbell made the phrase "Boston Strong" look literal. The forward took a slap shot to the shin, breaking his fibula... and didn't stop playing.

It was period 3, a penalty slap shot from Penguin Evgeni Malkin. Campbell stayed on the ice with a broken bone for about a minute until the penalty play was killed. He'll be out for the rest of the season, but hey, at least the Bruins won.
