The wrongful death lawsuit filed by Katherine Jackson, the 82-year-old mother of pop superstar Michael, starts Monday in a small courtroom in Los Angeles. And while there are only around 45 seats inside and video cameras won't be permitted, the case promises legal drama as perhaps as colorful as the life of Michael Jackson himself.
The family of Michael is allegedly that AEG Live, one of the largest performance companies in the world, bears some responsibility for Jackson's death, since they knowingly hired Dr. Conrad Murray -- who was convicted of involuntary after Michael Jackson's death in 2009.
Jackson died 2 weeks before he was set to start a giant comeback tour, "This Is It."
