Every year, the Arctic's ice cap melts and grows along with the seasons. Around the time, it reaches its annual "minimum," the lowest point in its natural ebb and flow. In this time-lapse, which shows the change over the summer months, you can see the extreme low it reached this year, due to the warming climate.
