Ray’s & Stark Bar Has A 45-Page Water Menu, Sommelier

An L.A. restaurant is catering to the .0001% with a new 45-page menu for water. Ray's & Stark will have the first water sommelier, Martin Riese, on-hand to match the normally free-flowing liquid with meals. Because choosing between just still or sparkling is so bourgeois.
Riese is likely to recommend his own brand, Beverly Hill's 90H20, which costs $16 per one-liter bottle.
