We're used to reading about the net worth of zillionaires like Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, and Carlos Slim, but what about the big spenders of the fictional world? We dug into the finances of three of our favorite characters to estimate the size of their bank accounts. So who do you think'd be richer in real life: Game of Thrones' Tywin Lannister, Bruce Wayne (a.k.a Batman) or Disney's Scrooge McDuck?
Turns out, it's not even close. Lannister, the Lord of Casterly Rock, is the poorest of the bunch (though hardly broke). His net worth comes in at an estimated $1.8 billion. Middle of the pack is playboy socialite, heir to Wayne Enterprises, and secret superhero Bruce Wayne, with $9.6 billion. But the clear winner is Donald's uncle, the miserly Scot Scrooge McDuck, whose fortune is worth a whopping $65.4 billion. That makes him not just the wealthiest on this list, but would also make him the third richest man (or duck) in the real world, coming in just under Carlos Slim and Bill Gates on Forbes' March 2013 billionaires list.
