Adding to the already controversial PRISM documents, Edward Snowden continues his whistleblowing mission and released additional documents on Thursday detailing the even further access the NSA has to Americans' personal information.
Obama and senior officials have said that they cannot access phone or email information without a warrant. These documents, signed by Eric Holder in 2009, say the opposite. Actually, the NSA can make use of 'inadvertently acquired' information from citizens for five years. This even includes information obtained within attorney-client communications.
Snowden is in Hong Kong for the time being, however, he may just flee for Iceland to join his fellow leakers -- the Wikileakers that is.
