Dave Chappelle Is Back And Headlining A Nationwide Tour

"Chappelle's Show" fans rejoice! The previously retired comedian whose television show brought him to the height of his fame, is returning from an 8-year absence from performing. Starting this August, the stand-up comedian will headline Funny or Die's "Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Festival"  with a show in Austin on the 23rd and stops throughout the country. His opening acts include Kristen Schaal, Demetri Martin, Al Madrigal, Hannibal Burress, John Mulaney and Flight of the Concords.

This is big news for fans who feared Chappelle would never come back on tour. He publicly quit his popular show and moved to South Africa in 2005 after some creative differences with Comedy Central and comments in his routine about the dark side of fame.
