3 new suspects connected to the bombing of the Boston Marathon were taken into custody Wednesday. Two of the suspects, Azamat Tazhayakov & Dias Kadyrbayev, are said to be college friends of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the younger of the two brothers suspected of masterminding the attack. The third suspect has not been identifed.
On April 15, 2 bombs ripped through crowds near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, killing 3 people and wounding more than 250. The two Tsarnaev suspects were identified later that week, and Dzhokhar was captured after a daylong manhunt that shut down the city of Boston. Dzhokhar is currently in police custody. His older brother, Tamerlan, was killed in a shootout with police.
