Apple Violated Anti-Trust Laws In E-Book Fixing Case, Judge Says

A federal judge, Denise Cote, ruled today that Apple had conspired with major book publishers to raise the prices of e-books, in violation of trust laws. Essentially, the ruling said Apple is responsible for e-books that cost $12.99, after the tech giant forged agreements with publishers to raise prices it considered too low.
