E-cigarettes are blowing up. The battery-powered devices that mimic smoking, letting users suck in a nicotine-infused vapor, are purportedly much healthier than real cigarettes - though everyone's careful to say they've not been tested. Critics are worrying that starting to smoke e-cigs will act as a gateway for kids to real cigs.
